Power House V

Once upon a time, I discovered some awesome tube driven guitar pedals. They sounded great, but there wasn't a power supply in existence that had enough pure amperage to make them work. So, I was stuck with a power strip full of individual wall-warts. Fast forward to last month.... I lent the "Adversary" pedal to a friend. When he tried to power it with his MEGA BRAND pedal power supply, it caused the power supply to buckle and make some horrible buzzing sounds.

As with all the Mr. V products, this one was made to meet my needs, and prove the circuit design. The power brick pictured had 2x12V, and 6x9V, since that's what I needed. I needed over 200ma on all the jacks... (I've got over 500ma per jack). Needless to say, my pedals don't starve for power, and don't do weird things to make me sad or mad. I can run 4 tube pedals, plus 4 more power hogs on this unit, and it doesn't even blink.

The Power House V pictured sells for $179 and is completely hand made point to point. You can tell me what voltages you want, and I should be able to make it work for you.

If you want to power 14 pedals, I already have a prototype for that. If you want to power 50 pedals, I can build that. Whatever your needs are, let me know. Your ideal power supply exists, it's just in a whole bunch of pieces waiting for me to put it together for you.

You can use the Contact page to e-mail me what you need in a power supply, and I'll make sure it happens for you.
